Anything with a Knittlinger comb would have a separate draw and blow hole, mostly tremolos, octaves and other double-reeders... although I have seen some diatonics with this.

As far as I know, there is no harmonica having separate blow and draw holes.  There are blow-only harmonicas...e.g. the bass.  All others use blow and draw to select one of two reeds connected to the same hole.
