Re: [Harp-L] Galicia Symphony and stolen gear

Robert....You & Charlie are cheating and decieved the public! .............and you are both GENIUS' in my book!,-)

PS..let's continue to check craig's list and ebay and pawn shops for Brian's gear...I still think we got a shot at getting this stuff back, these dirtbags that stole the gear don't sound like the 'brightest candles in town' and are bound to screw up

I had a wonderful concert with the the Galicia Symphony in La Coruna Spain; played the Villa-Lobos Harmonica Concerto and my Elvis Medley which is orchestrated by Eric Knight who worked with the Boston Pops for 30 years. Great fun was had by all - 6 encores. Got my picture on the front page of the daily paper without wrecking my car and having 10 affairs..... Wow.

I loved Charlie's comment about stolen gear and the fake box of garbage - you all know where he keeps his amp now. I did the same with my radio/CD player by taking a piece of sheet metal and putting four small sheet metal screws on the corners, then putting velcro on the back and around the car radio. I just velcro this piece of sheet metal over my radio and it looks like the radio was already stolen and I covered the hole with sheet metal. Even has wires hanging down. Never had a window smashed to steal my radio.

Harmonically yours,

Robert
