I love my low F as well my high F. My sugestion is to always trust your own ear.

Thanks, it does help.  Only blow bends would be difficult on the higher
F harp, which I don't use much yet.

I play in a band with a female singer and play the "normal" higher F
harp and love it for blues. I find it to be one of the easiest harps to
really rip out quick bends. I bought a low F out of curiosity, but don't
play it much.
