[Harp-L] Positions and Keys

I have a question regarding the vast number of keys available and which ones to buy next. I’ve heard very different versions of what I need to get so I thought I’d ask here. 
 
I have harmonicas in most of the standard keys still need F# and Ab. I have seen some in minor tuning? I guess I’m just not sure if that means for example a song is in say E minor, does that mean if I play second position I need an A minor harp? 
 
I apologize in advance for my lack of music theory, but after all I’m only a beginner, and for the most part pretty much stick with my C harp 90 percent of the time.
