[Harp-L] Support 1st Amendment Rights of (Harmonica) Street Performers/Buskers



Hello everyone, my friend Rick Bocook aka: Harpman Hatter is a one man wrecking crew against the local ordinances in Spokane, WA that discriminate against street musicians. He will be spearheading a demonstration this Saturday, April 3 in Spokane, WA, please support Harpman in any way that you can.

1. Solicit Donations or Collections, such as for Entertainment by Strolling Musicians or other Performers, or peddle or hawk any goods or services;
