...At SPAH Jason was the Pied Piper...unfailingly good-natured, trailed by
an entourage not only of the group of younger players hanging on his every
'lick' and 'riff', but surrounded by players of every generation and
gender. I doubt he got much of a chance to relax or rest at all while there. His
Harp Blow-off this year was standing-room-only, and one of the best yet
because he didn't permit prima donna behaviour that night and kept the
musicians focused. The Band was (as always) wonderful. At the Filisko teach-in
his center table was surrounded by such a huge crowd it was standing room
only. The lucky few were those who had gotten seats which were jealously
guarded for the full time span.

With the upcoming British tour with Walter Trout, the Rhythm & Blues
Cruise in January...finally it seems the rest of the world is beginning to catch
up to those of us who already know how what a brilliant musician and
unselfish harmonica teacher he is.

Kudos, Jason. You deserve every bit of the notice and success you've worked
 so hard for.

Elizabeth
PS: Just wish you could fit a New York/New Jersey (GSHC?) visit into your
schedule somewhere along the way (hint, hint) :)
