[Harp-L] Re: Harmonica Case



I must admit that I love organizing my stuff and doing it myself, maybe more
than I love playing my stuff. I have bought a number of cases from eBay and
have a few in different sizes. If you search for "tweed suitcase", "travel
case", "train case", "suitcase", "tweed case" ... you can find a bunch of
cool vintage looking cases at great prices. Just watch the measurements to
get a size that is good for you. I keep all my harps in soft cases I made
out of canvas.  They have two rows of pockets and fold between the two rows.
I like this because I can easily move my harps to a different case or just
grab them all when I want. It also hangs over any table like surface with
the main harps hanging over and the other half laying on the surface. In the
case I use some pick and pluck foam for my mics covering about 1/3 of the
case. I have three bullets in the case. There is plenty of room left over
for cords and effects. I will take pictures if I get to it.
