For folks who want to play those blasted contraptions, I'd suggest browsing Ebay until you can pick up the "Little Bandmaster" that Seydel made back in the 1930s. They might take a little delicate work to get playable, due to age, etc. but it's a much better little harp than the Hohner Little Lady or Seydel Mini they make now. The difference... it has FIVE holes, not four. Those extra two notes take you into the next octave, thus extending the playable songs past mary had a little lamb. 
They are a smaller version of the prewar Bandmaster, with the megaphones and all. I know Rupert Oysler has one. I used to have one. I dunno who else has one. I've got one that's about the same size as a Little Lady, only a big longer. Why longer? Cause it has 10 holes.
You see them on Ebay occasionally, far more often than the regular prewar Bandmasters.
