 perhaps the $20 repair was one of those long ago and far away loss leader prices. instead of being angry over the $120, you could be very grateful that you were able to have had it done for $20?
What Hohner is selling now for $35 once cost me $4.25. Times change.

You were priced a professional repair from the people who possibly have the 

most experience with your instrument, have parts on-hand for an obsolete 

model, and overhead costs that are a part of having a business........
