I saw Marcus Milius playing a couple of weeks ago in Pittsburgh PA at
a at a lindy hop swing dance with the Congelosi Cards, a dixieland
band from NYC. He played both chromatic and diatonic harps and
sounded GREAT (as did the rest of the band)! I've often thought
harmonica would work well in a dixieland jazz context, and Marcus
certainly proved that's the case! Any of you who live in the New York
City area would be well served to see and hear the Congelosi Cards
when they perform!
