Yes and no. The screw holes are in the same position, so in that sense
they will transfer over. However, the different combs mean the plates are
marginally different.

Bluesmaster reedplates are slightly extended at the front and have no
groove for the coverplates, as they are designed to sit behind the front
lip of the ABS moulded comb. Therefore, if you wanted to fit BM plates to
a PM comb, you'd have to add a coverplate groove and grind the front of
the plates back.

You can fit Promaster reedplates in a Bluesmaster comb more usefully, but
there will be a half mm gap at the front. Not significant enough to affect
performnance, so try it that way around first.
