They are still made, but they go from E - F now. I've got a Polyphonia No. 7 which is basically the same thing, except it goes from D to D. The latest Trumpet Call publication from Harmonica Collectors International has a piece on the Chromaticas that should have the info you want. It went into all those various polyphonia and chromatica models. It's probably from the 1950s, but who knows, they were made for a good number of years.
