 I notice from others' reminiscences that Norton had that unique quality of making everyone here that he interacted with feel like a close personal friend (scientifically known as "The BKrantz Syndrome"), even if it was just a passing experience.

Artists of this stature and talent don't always have this humanistic side as developed as Norton.
