Hi Tony, The Rick Epping "specials" use Chromatic Reedplates and Combs but do not have valves (as far as I can recall). They are seriously loud and I remember that when he demonstrated with a couple of blasts to the class in Milltown Malbay it caused us all to jump. I enjoyed your clip with the Seydel Concerto.
