The Digitech RP250 and RP350 have a very good leslie simulator.  There are also standalone simulators like the one offered by Line 6.  The nice things about the Digitechs are that 1) you can put the rotating speaker speed under footpedal control, and 2) you get a lot of other good effects along with the leslie simulator, including delay and reverb that can be used simultaneously with the Leslie.  The Digitechs are also decent computer audio interfaces, if you need one.

The Digitechs also do amp, cabinet, and EQ modeling, so there's potentially a lot more work involved than you have with a dedicated leslie simulator.  But you could just bypass all the effects except the leslie speaker simulator if you wanted to, which would make it simple.
