Personally, even if such a chart is available, I wouldn't use it. Better to figure this stuff out on your own. When you do the work on your own, you get to learn the instrument and the theory much more effectively that having it handed to you.

There are only 4 basic types of chords, and everything builds from that. On a diatonic it shouldn't be too difficult to figure this on your own.

trying to see what notes make up as many chords as i can find (I'm trying to see where the different chords are found on the Circular Tuning, but i dont know what notes make up chords, other than Key of Major and the main minor)
