Re: [Harp-L] New to Harmonica

I'm reading this and wondering if its a joke, or an earnest attempt for help or someone trying to insult and make fun of the poor newbie that's just a bit interested.

for total newbie's
plastic is better than wood
lip then tongue
get clean single tone before attempting amp
diatonic
play it simple then what you like
the best will always bring huge debates
learn bending then maybe you can tell me
amp or anything else do a search
three days, three months, three years, three decades its all up to you

this is all I know from my own 6 weeks of pure frustration, but I wont give up. so enjoy...

also if this is a joke, very funny... if its an insults meet me out side at 3.....(not a joke)

my question:
what is the best learning book,DVD you can buy for a newbie..

abner (blueyes, an infant to the blues)
