I have had the same problems with Harp Depot. I ordered a hering toolkit in sept. understood it was backordered. when the shipment came in . I called got one of the owners. he said the same thing to me as he did to you. he would send it right out,. that was a month ago.I e-mailed the receipt,several times, I have called and left messages. I have never received a reply. They are either increadibly incompetent or totally dishonest..I have used ElkRiver, Coast to Coast and the late Mr.Farrel they have all given great customer services especially Elkriver . Dave's a great guy.
