[Harp-L] Help with harpdepot.com



Hi List - can anyone help out with a contact # or home # to someone inside Harpdepot.com who will answer the phone there (Doc?) and let me know if and/or when I might ever receive the order I placed way back in November?  I have tried the online order status function from their website multiple times and it just says "Processing".  

I called and called and finally last Monday got some guy on the phone who apologized and told me he didn't know why the order never went out as it should have gone out right away as everything was in stock.  He checked stock again while I was on the phone with him and I told him I really needed the harps for a gig the next Saturday and he told me he would second-day air them out to me. It has been a week now since he said he would 2nd day air the order and the website still says "Processing". 

The order was for over $150, so I'm reluctant to cancel the order now and spend that $$ somewhere else and then have Harpdepot finally ship and process my debit.  I am at my wits end with these guys - can anyone tell me another way to get through to them?
