Instead of having to deal with the epoxy stuff which is messy, I simply took
a 

belt sander and ground my lips to the approximate shape of the new Jazz
mouthpiece,

and will use my regular CX-12's.

Once they heal, (the doctors said to expect about 12 weeks) I'll write back
and

let everyone know how it worked out.
