Bill was one of the first people I spoke with when I first took an interest in working on harmonicas. Sadly even though we would email each other from time to time I didn't get to know him as good as I would have liked. He did some incredible work and I always marveled at the beauty of his work. He was a true craftsman.

Don't know if this old new on the list, but Betty Romel called and told me
of Bill's passing two nights ago from pneumonia. Bill was a great harmonica
technician and a good friend who will be missed.
