Hi Justin.This is my first Harp-L post too! In response to your post, I hear
Chuck Gurney from www.fatbottommics.com makes some really sweet Shure 520
rebuilt customs vintage mics with either a Shure CM or Black CR elements.
However they're not cheap. I received a quote for around $600 US. But from
what i hear his reputation precedes him. So perhaps if anyone else out there
is willing to either support my claim or tell me otherwise, it would be most
