[Harp-L] HOLD IT PLEASE<South florida Palm Beach County

HOLD IT< HOLD IT< HOLD IT <

I live in South East Florida, only one hour away from South Beach... It is almost imposable for me to see and hear a good/great harp player; I missed seeing Jason Ricci by weeks and he gave 4 not one 4 performances in Palm Beach Florida. Granted at the time I had no clue who Jason was, I knew he had excellent teaching vids on You Tube and when I dug further and realized I missed his shows total up set me... He even played in a Place called Boston's which is 5 miles form my house........

Please Please Please is any one knows of harp player in or around this area let me know..... I have been lucky to see Corkey Siegel's Traveling Chamber Blues back in Jan of 08 and in April of 08 Charlie Musselwhite..... and that's it.....
as a beginner and only talking about harps. buying harps, practicing, and jamming with people that don't know a thing about harmonica or the Blues is very sad and disappointing.... last night at open mic, I was not in the mood and I sucked, I know it was only in my head but I could not get in the rhythm of it... the only thing I was able to hit was "Last dance with Mary Jane" and I hate that song....

So please if you know someone is in town let me know.. My wife does her best, that's how I was able to see Siegel and Musselwhite.. I did not know who they were but she had heard of them. And knew it would be a great show for me.....
Also the date of scrapple from the apple said he played Thursday Night April 23 2009. unless he is playing to night.. if so please give me all the info so that I can try and catch the show... and maybe if you know him let him know, so I can ask question if he allows that.. I know that after some show advance players meet their heroes and talk the talk, I'm just a baby and the more advance players would just push me aside.. : (
