[Harp-L] Re: choose new harp



Another reason for purchasing a harp in the key of C is that it sits
right in the middle of the range.  Different keyed harps have slightly
different tones and lower harps like G and A can be harder for a
beginner to bend and also on the 2 draw.  The key of D would also be
good if you are having trouble bending notes, but since most reference
material is designed for C, that's your best bet all around.
