[Harp-L] Text truncated. (not for posting)

Hi Harp-L

Just a small note to you regarding the coding of the mail,
or possibly my version of Courier?.

When I reply, I press 'reply' in Outlook, and the whole message
should be available for editing.
However, if there is an apostrophe (-I assume-, all I get is two square
symbols)) the previous message stops before the first pair.
Even subsequent 'cut and paste' is defeated.

Here's an example from the last post ( Harp-L Digest, Vol 68, Issue 51)
