Hi Bruce, 

Good luck on finding a new good job as soon as possible - once I had to
spend 10 months with no good job, while freelancing here and there and
it was a nightmare. Hopefully things will change for better. 

I checked your blog and noticed that in the mic cable description
(connection) you say 2 hot for America & China and 3 hot for Europe. I
think in Europe 3 hot is still used, but 2 hot must be a standard by
now, at least for the modern equipment, and 3 hot is optional with new
cables usually with the proper adapter.
