There's lots of info about harp amps.

If you can always mic the amp, then I would recommend an Epiphone Valve
Junior half stack for only $250 new, but depending on your stage volume you
may not be able to hear yourself without running it through the monitors,
which presents a whole new set of feedback challenges.

The next step up might be a Fender Pro Junior.  I'm in the middle of a Pro
Jr. project on the blog you might find interesting.  Also, check out my
review of Adam Gussow's new video "Amping the Harp."  It has a ton of useful
information for only five bucks.
