I can only speak from personal experience and from the various posts I've 
seen recently.
I own a Seydel key of C chromatic tuned to C7, G7, F7 etc. and a similarly 
tuned key of G = G7, D7, C7 etc.

So Seydel is already offering a variety of "special tunings" -- all you have 
to do is order and pay your money.   See the Seydel web site.
