I think you had it right the first time Smoj. The piccolo harp is one octave
higher, as a piccolo flute is to a concert flute.

I have an old piccolo harp in high A. Man is that little thing hard to play.
Really small holes and really high notes. Makes for a wicked embouchure.
Cool little harp though.
