I clicked on the "why you Auslanders aren't good enough to watch it link) and it said they were supposedly working on a version on our harp vid with international rights. 

Gotta love the BBC. I remember when I was in England at the Duke of Leichester Hotel (built during some war when there was shortage of right angles for construction) and  watching the Monday Night Football game (Dallas vs. Eagles) at 3 a.m. THURSDAY morning on BBC 4. I can't remember much about what Hyde Park looked like, but I remember that football game well. Funny how the mind works. 

Dallas won.

You are right, indeed, it is not available outside the UK.  Alas.

However, if enough of us outside the UK request the page, it might get 
noticed at the Beeb, leading to it becoming available somehow.
