I too had a horrible experience with Harp Depot. I can fully accept that scewups happen in organizations but a Company's true colors are shown by the way they handle these types of problems. In my case, Harp depot did not seem to care that I never received the order I paid for. They blamed the shippers and the shippers said they knew nothing about the order. It dragged on weeks before I contacted the Better Business Bureau. The BBB contacted Harp depot (speed dial I presume) and instructed them to resolve this. Finally I received a credit for the order costs. As for me, I will NEVER shop at this outfit again. I can't say enough good about how the BBB handled this.
