Slight correction to my earlier post... 
On C chromatic Take Five lays out beautifully in Eb (not Db) with the button pushed in. 
(but I still play it badly)

I think the song is in Eb, so if you're playing it on a Db harp, that puts you in third position. 
Some guys (Madcat?) prefer to play that tune in 5th position and say they don't need any OBs, but require good bend control. You might try it on an F or low-F harp.
I play it (badly) on a C chromatic, and it lays out beautifully in Db... plays in 3rd position style, but with the button (mostly) pushed in.
