Subject: [Harp-L] Jam Tracks - where to find?

You didn't specify what genre? Purely blues?

My own focus right now is mainly Jazz and R&B, with some Rock and Pop
'backing tracks' thrown in for good measure. I've bought quite a few varied
Book/CD (Hal Leonard)(Jamey Aebersold) combos from a couple of different sources.
Musician's Friend was one...there are a few others online. Just type in
"book/cd playalongs"...and what comes up is similar to this: (I narrowed it down
further to: Jazz/blues and tenor sax since that's the instrument I focus on
primarily).

you can delve further into each of these sites: narrow the search down by
'voice' or instrument - most of the CD's have two versions of each of the
(roughly) ten or so songs; one with the 'lead' and the 2nd without (for you to
play over).
