Everyone so far has discussed the tune as applied to the diatonic 10 hole  
harp. Why not try a slide chromatic? EAZY PEAZY.
 
In case you don't want to spend the price of 6 good diatonics for one good  
chromatic, here 's a website with the tune arranged with words and tablature,  
for a 10-holer in C (Mark Purintun's website):
