A simple arrangment for Amazing Grace 
tabbed for 2 keys on one harp 
has been posted here :

The music's written for a C harmonica 
playing first in F (12th) and then modulating to G (2nd)
 [but don't let that put you off]
As there are no bends it's fairly easy to both play & memorise.
If your guitar playing friend only knows it in E 
then play the Tab on an A harp.
This becomes key of D modulating to E.
