There are a number of Quincy Jones scores and albums from the 1970s the feature both Toots and Tommy. Sometimes Stevie Wonder as well.

As to soloistic bass harmonica, Tommy has also played bass harmonica solos on Beach Boys records - witness "Hang on to your Ego" from Pet Sounds.
