RE: [Harp-L] Walter Miller's Millioniser 2000

What my esteemed peers on the "midimag" (Blind folks and their use of midi)
list say... Is
The Millionizer 2000 was a noble attempt to turn an ordinary acoustic
instrument into an instrument that could access a Midi module and thus, as
in this case, sound like a bass flute or any other sound available from that
Midi module.
Their reviews/opinions of this machine were mixed, but they all seemed to
agree that the device could handle long sustained notes, but that it tends
not to properly track/register dynamics or really fast/"busy" passages.
But, what with the current crop of Midi guitars, one wonders if the device
has been updated to reflect... The instantaneous "gime-gime" we've all come
to expect in the twenty-first century.
