[Harp-L] Was Runaway--Now Norton Buffalo and Pail Butterfeild

I've been doing some gigs lately with Wil Mcfarlane who was with Bonnie for about 8 years. He played on Runaway and counless others. He's a great guy and still one HELL of a player.
He was also part of the Muscle Shoals Rythm Section. (He was just inducted into the R+R Hall of Fame. ) Anyway......he lives fairly near me here in NC and we were talking about Paul and Norton at a gig one night when he told me this funny story.
Paul was sitting in with Bonnie one night and after the gig they were sitting arouind the bar having a drink when somebody started talking about how Norton REALLY nailed the Runaway tune. They were amazed at how he flawlessly switched harps 3 or 4 times during the solo. Paul Butterfeild just looked up from his drink and said "Yea, sure................................tell him to call me when he can do it all on one harp". Now......That's some funny stuff.
