Dm on a Bb is fifth position (with D as 2-blow). Azul Para Amparo is Am on a C harp -- 4th position. It starts on E (2-blow), but I'm pretty sure it's Am. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. John > Ed > F(Maj) is the relative Major of Dm. > (Bb is the 2nd position for F.) > So maybe the Bb harp allows you to play Dm in 2nd position.
