Over the years I've used MAY amps for my harmonica... all "stock", I've
never changed the tubes.
One of the nicest was a Vox AC 50 with two 2x12" cabs; some nasty person
stole that amp from my car, parked outside "Speakeasy at Blaises" club in
London's west end. Then for many years I used a solid state amp, a Vox "Supreme"
100 watt RMS, again with 2 x 2x12" speakers. That was a great amp; Then I
turned to Fender tube amps, a pigyback Bassman 120, which was too loud; For the
past few years I've had a pair of Fender DeLuxe "retro" 40 watt combo amps ; I
do admit to using both at once, linked together, sometimes.
That makes a lot of noise.

Best wishes,
John Walden
