On the overblow.com scale finder it is #11.21.  It's a great custom tuning 
because only hole 1 blow and draw is different so it is not so hard to play! 
 Real cool sounding blow and draw cords and your right about the hole 1 
draw bend (6 notes!!).  If you have heard Carlos del Junco playing the song 
B Thing then you have heard this tuning.  I have head Lee using it live but 
not on any of his CD's.
