I'm going to have to listen to that again, carefully.. from what I understand, Madcat doesn't use overblows, though it's entirely possible he used on OB. I have no doubt he knows how.
Perhaps he would enlighten us???

on Madcat's "Live at the Ark" he does a version. It' kinda interesting. He uses
a Low F harp with the 6th draw tuned up and then uses a standard tuned F harp
and overblows the note.
