Basically, what this means is: Be careful if you cook with your harp if it's 
coated in teflon.   And if you do, make sure you don't overheat it. (see 
below)

Otherwise, eflon is no big deal. Just another false warning about harps. 
(cooking utensils ... that's another topic, which is the origin of the warning)
