What do you think about my tuning format?

In the Natural Minor format:
 
A   = 0            = 
Bb = + 11.73  = 16/15
D   = -1.96     = 4/3
F   = +13.68   = 8/5
G   = + 17.59  = 9/5 on the draws
Eb = +15.64  = 6/5
C = 0
G = +1.96  = 3/2 on the blows 
 
Richter Tuning
C = 0
E = -13.69 cents = 5/4
G = +1.96 cents = 3/2 on the blow
A ?15.64 [if you want to paddy richter]

D = 0
F = +15.64 cents = 6/5
G = -1.96 cents = 4/3 on the draw
A = +1.96 cents = 3/2
B = -15.64 cents = 5/3  
             OR
