Thank goodness my wife doesn't read my harp-l posts.  As she's the cold sore 
sufferer in our house she'd be utterly devastated to hear this. ;-)

A very good remedy for those nasty little ulcers you get on your tongue when 
over-tired is to give up tongue-blocking :-)
