Iceman has a good point here - 5th position on a Bb blues harp for the Dm. I think you've already tried this. As he says you then can bend the 4 hole draw for the major sixth (B natural) that really defines the dorian mode used in this tune. You would have 1st flat or 12th position for the Ebm, which I guess will leave some OBs for some prime notes. I think the ending notes of the phrases in the B section are Eb or Bb, notes naturally available on the Bb diatonic. The high Ab used in the first B section could be a problem, as with the Db notes in the 2nd B section.

With all that, I would definitely use a chrom.  Go on, come to the dark
side...  Actually they're not all that bad nowadays, much more airtight than
they used to be, in general.  And the Dm position is exactly like the middle
octave of a diatonic harp if you're playing in 3rd position - which I guess
you're well able to do, having listened to your sound samples!

mOx's suggestion could be a good one too - I hadn't thought of that at all.
I haven't tried the Koch/ Slide harps but I think you'd have to bend to get
the low A and Bb on the regular slide harp- or use a "Paddy'ised" version as
mox says.
