I have two Suzuki Promasters and I absolutely love them. They play

front like the Hohner Golden Melody or MS series. It does not touch
your lips at all but just feels rough to the hand.

If I carefully tape up the entire harp ( to keep metal dust out)
except for the corners will I risk damaging anything by taking my
dremel and grinding the rough edge off?

Hi Paul, you could use something as simple as a nail file, or a proper fine hacked jewellers file.
Cheers,
Fernando, who tries to make sure that no Golden Melody or other harmonicas leave the factory with any sharp edges...
