You beat me to it!  As a 25 year old I must say he is probably my only same aged influence/favorite etc.  Of course, if I look into how many of my heoroes are in their 30's, there's a few more.  That being said, I hate FM radio and almost all pop music.
   
  My favorite music always involves great song writing and great musicianship.  If you are missing one of the two then it probably sucks IMO.  I really like Blues Traveler, but before I even picked up a harp I was listening to Little Walter and the like.
