Hi Steve,

I also use a reissue but I have had it totally reworked (point to point)
Before I did this I used a mesa boogie tube rectifier and sovtec 6l6 tube
also changed the power tubes to (LtoR) 1 ax7 1 ay7 1 ax7 LPS (Large plate
system) this makes the amp a little warmer and you can buy 6l6 tubes that
break up easier also think about a tube preamp to help with your distortion
