My 10 year old daughter is having this problem on the sax, she recently switched from alto to tenor. They have different embouchures and so there were a lot of squeaky notes again. We spent a long day really thinking hard about what she was doing with her mouth and almost like magic once she figured out how to adapt, the music flowed out as before, only on a tenor instead of an alto.

You already know now to play. You're just changing how you make the notes slightly. Don't be afraid to sound bad for a while. You'll get it with persistence.
